- Children’s discount applies to children aged 4-14 years inclusive. Infants free.
- Family packages, where indicated, are for 2 Adults & 2 Children.
- TOURS DO NOT OPERATE ON CHRISTMAS DAY.
- Pick-up times are provided by staff at the time of booking and are subject to change - may vary by 10 minutes either way due to traffic conditions.
- Please wait in hotel reception or outside, 10 minutes prior to pick-up time.
- Tour commencement and termination times are also subject to change due to traffic conditions.
- Every effort is made to locate passengers upon arrival at their pick-up point. If our dirver is unable to locate you at the appointed time, you will be required to make your own way to the departure point at your own expense.
- Rainforestation and Tropic Wings accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated points at designated times.
- 100% Cancellation fee applies to day tours cancelled within 24 hours of departure or no show.
